- NOTICE to CREDITORS - Re JOHN ALFRED
GOODGER. Deceased. -Pursuant to the provi-
sions of the "Trustee Act 1828." all persons having
claims against the estate of John Alfred Goodger,
late of Indigo Creek via Barnawartha, retired
farmer, deceased, who died on the nineteenth day
of November, 1937, and probate of whose will and
three codicils thereto, was, by, the Supreme Court
of the said state, in its Probate jurisdiction, granted
on the twenty-second day of December, 1937, to
Frederick Joseph Ryan, or Beechworth. in the said
State, solicitor, the executor named therein, are
hereby required to SEND PARTICULARS in writing
of such CLAIMS to the undersigned, at their office
hereunder mentioned, on or before the sixteenth
day of April, 1938, after which date the said
Frederick Joseph Ryan will proceed to distribute
the assets of 'the said John Alfred Goodger, de-
ceased, which shall have come to his hands, among
the persons entitled thereto, having regard only
'to-the claims of which, he shall then have had
notice: and notice is hereby further given that
the said Frederick Joseph Ryan will not be liable
for the assets so distributed or any part thereof
to any person of whose claim he shall not have
had notice as aforesaid.
