We regret having to record the death of Mary, the twelve-year-old daughter of Mr D O?Donoghue, of Brown?s Plains, which sad event occurred in Melbourne on Saturday last, after a very brief illness. Her remains were brought to Barnawartha for interment on Monday and a large number of friends of the deceased gathered at the station to pay their last respects to her memory. The Rev Father Griffin officiated at the grave and Mr Greenhill conducted the interment.
